Swiggy said it will leverage advanced AI, a curated network of experts and a customer-centric approach to provide more efficient and dependable access to verified professionals.
Swiggy said Ping will also offer a money-back guarantee if the user does not find any significant benefit in the service. AI powered Ping makes the user’s life easier by enabling quick and seamless discovery of verified professionals in a secure, spam free environment.
The app will also have a smart AI assistant
The app will also have a smart AI assistant, which will understand the user’s questions and suggest the most relevant professional. Swiggy said Ping, which launched its seller app earlier this year, has rapidly added professionals.
With over 1000 professionals across 100 specializations, Ping aims to transform the way consumers access professional advice by connecting them to a variety of experts. Swiggy has recently launched several apps including SNACC, SwigL, Instamart, Swiggy Minis.
