SpaceX has launched 28 new satellites into space for its satellite-based internet service Starlink. The company delivered these satellites into orbit on Thursday through a rocket, after which the company’s global broadband network will now become bigger than before. The satellites have been launched into lower-Earth orbit (LEO). The company named the mission Starlink 6-75, which has now been successfully completed. Let us know what will be the status of SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service now.

SpaceX company provides Starlink satellite internet service, which the company is constantly expanding. The number of its satellites is constantly increasing. The company added 28 new members to the constellation of Starlink satellites on Thursday. The company’s 7200 satellites are already deployed in low Earth orbit to provide Starlink satellite internet service. Satellite based internet can reach even the remote and inaccessible parts of the earth without a wired connection. Therefore, every mission of launching its satellites is very important for SpaceX.

These new satellites for Starlink were launched from Launch Complex-40 of Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Falcon 9 Rocket took them into space. The company’s aim is to provide superfast satellite based internet across the world except the polar regions of the Earth. According to Space.com, the rocket’s 9 Merlin engines were shut down 2.5 minutes after liftoff, after which stage separation took place.

The booster B1080 in the first stage returned to the Atlantic Ocean 8 minutes after liftoff. This was the 18th successful flight for booster B1080 and the 12th for the Starlink mission. The second stage then continued moving forward to the payload orbit so that it could deploy the satellites in orbit. Then, 1 hour after liftoff, the second stage completed its mission and deployed 28 satellites. These satellites will be placed in their operational slots in the next few days.

This is SpaceX’s 51st Starlink mission this year and the company’s 34th Falcon 9 launch of 2025. The company is slowly getting closer to achieving its mission of providing high-speed internet to every corner of the Earth.
