DLF will start residential projects worth ₹17,000 crore, this is a big preparation for FY2026
Real estate giant DLF Limited has planned to launch residential projects worth more than Rs 17,000 crore in the current financial year 2025-26. Giving this information on Tuesday, the company said that this plan has been made to take advantage of the strong demand for luxury homes. According to PTI news, in its latest investor presentation, DLF said that the company had launched 7.5 million square feet area for sale during the last financial year, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 40,600 crore. Out of this, the company sold 5 million square feet area for Rs 19,344 crore in the last financial year itself.
About 35 percent area has been launched
According to the news, at the beginning of FY 2024-25, DLF Limited had informed that the company will launch 37 million sq ft area in the medium term, with a total revenue potential of Rs 1,14,500 crore. The company said that about 35 percent of this has already been launched in FY 2025; about 15 percent is planned to be launched in FY 2026. In FY 2024-25, DLF launched its super luxury project ‘The Dahlias’, which has a total saleable area of 4.5 million sq ft and has a sales potential of Rs 35,000 crore.
Great demand received for projects
DLF said that the company has received great demand for these projects, leading to sales bookings of Rs 13,744 crore during the last financial year. The company said that the tremendous response to our latest offering underlines the strength of our brand and our commitment to customer-centricity. This is the reason why about 39 percent of the estimated total sales potential of this project has been monetized within the first year of its launch. On Monday, the company reported record sales bookings of Rs 21,223 crore in 2024-25, up 44 per cent from Rs 14,778 crore in the last financial year.
Financial performance of the company
In the last quarter of 2024-25, DLF’s net profit grew 39 per cent to Rs 1,282. 2 crore, from Rs 919 in the year-ago period. 82 crore.
