DLF’s Rs 11000 crore luxury project Privana North sold out in 5 days
DLF Limited has announced the tremendous success of its new luxury housing project ‘DLF Privana North’. The company said that this project worth about Rs 11,000 crore has been completely sold out in just one week. The company gave this information on June 18.
Where is the project and what is special in it
This project is part of DLF’s 116-acre township Privana in Sector 76 and 77 of Gurugram.
Privana North itself is spread over 17.7 acres and has 6 magnificent towers, which are 50 storeys high. These are the tallest residential towers ever built by DLF.
This project has a total of 1,152 luxury flats (4BHK) and 12 penthouses. The company claims that this project is built on the idea of providing ‘privacy in the sky’ and ‘open, airy, luxury space’.
