The company has signed an agreement with Gulf Air to increase global connectivity.
Low-cost airline SpiceJet on Thursday informed that the company has signed an interline agreement with Gulf Air to increase global connectivity. The company said that it has signed an interline agreement with Gulf Air, the leading airline in the Gulf region. The purpose of this agreement is to provide better facilities to the passengers and smooth connectivity around the world. After this agreement, passengers will be able to avail SpiceJet and Gulf Air flights on a single ticket. This will save transit time and make it easier to reach international destinations.
Under this agreement, SpiceJet passengers will now be able to take advantage of Gulf Air’s large network through Bahrain, which includes destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Central Asia. At the same time, Gulf Air passengers will get better connectivity through SpiceJet’s domestic network in India. Under this agreement, ticket sales are expected to start early next year. Currently, Gulf Air operates direct flights to eight cities in India – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
