OpenAI CEO Sam Altman described this agreement as the beginning of the next era of AI. He said that frontier AI requires massive and reliable computing to scale. Through our partnership with Amazon, we are strengthening the ecosystem that will make advanced AI accessible to everyone. According to reports, this deal will provide OpenAI with access to millions of GPU processors in Amazon’s data clusters by the end of 2026, including Nvidia’s latest GB200 and GB300 AI chips.
