Jane Duke Appointed Flipkart’s CECO, Strengthening the Company Ahead of IPO
Flipkart CECO Appointment: Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce company, has appointed Jane Duke as its new Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO). This appointment comes as Flipkart prepares for its IPO. This move is expected to strengthen the company’s governance.
The company’s new CECO, Jane Duke, will work on various projects with Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and will report to Chris Cyrenne, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of Walmart International. It is believed that Jane Duke’s appointment has further smoothed the path for Flipkart’s IPO. The company will now work on this plan with a stronger foundation.
Who is Jane Duke?
Jane Duke began her career at the US Attorney’s Office in the United States, where she worked for over 10 years. From 2007 to 2011, she served as a US Attorney. Prior to this role, Jane Duke worked at Tyson Foods as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. She has also previously served as Chief Compliance Officer.
