Adani Group company releases major update – announces major stake acquisition

Adani Enterprises, an Adani Group company, announced on Thursday that it will acquire a 72.8% stake in its subsidiary, Flight Simulation Technique Centre, for ₹820 crore. In a filing to the exchange, the company stated that Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL), in partnership with Prime Aero Services LLP, has finalized an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC), India’s largest independent flight training and simulation provider, at an enterprise value of ₹820 crore.

FSTC operates 11 advanced full-flight simulators and 17 training aircraft, offering complete pilot training, from commercial pilot licenses to type ratings, recurrent training, and specialized skills courses. The company is certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) and operates state-of-the-art simulation centers in Gurugram and Hyderabad, with significant expansion potential. It also operates one of India’s largest flying schools in Bhiwani and Narnaul, Haryana.
