Indian Company Acquires 100% Stake in Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Ltd
Auto component manufacturer Belrise Industries Ltd. has taken a major step toward global expansion. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in the United Kingdom-based Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Ltd.
Belrise UK Holdings Limited, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to formalize this acquisition. This acquisition will provide Belrise with an entry into the global aerospace, space, and defense precision engineering supply chain.
Chester Hall: Experts in Aerospace and Satellite Components
UK-based Chester Hall specializes in the machining of aerostructures, aero-engine components, and satellite parts. The company manufactures high-precision components for global aerospace OEMs as well as for major aircraft and space programs. It possesses expertise in working with specialized alloys—such as titanium and high-grade aluminum—and plays a pivotal role in the design and development of mission-critical components.
Deal Size and Strategic Significance
According to the company, the deal was concluded at an EV/EBITDA multiple of approximately 6x and is expected to be accretive in terms of EPS and ROCE from day one. Chester Hall generates annual revenue of approximately £18.5 million, and the company’s enterprise value has been assessed at approximately £13.2 million.
Following this acquisition, Belrise gains immediate access to aerospace precision manufacturing capabilities. It also secures the opportunity to collaborate with global aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, as well as the chance to integrate its existing manufacturing capabilities in India and France with Chester Hall’s engineering expertise.

The company operates 21 manufacturing plants across nine states in India, as well as one facility in France.
