Good news for Xiaomi, Poco, Vivo and Oppo users, the company made a big decision

Lockdown has been set up in different parts of the country to prevent the growing infection of Covid. All non-essential goods shops are closed, including mobile phone service centers. In such a situation, those mobile customers whose phone needs repairing can be troublesome. Also, the consumers, whose warranty is going to expire during lockdown, will also face problems.

To solve this problem, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and Poco have extended the warranty of their mobile phones. This means that if your phone’s warranty expires during lockdown, you don’t have to worry about it. Let us know which company is extending the warranty for how long.

Xiaomi and Poco warranty

Xiaomi and Poco have extended the warranty of their phones by 2 months. But this extension is only for those devices whose warranty expires in May or June this year. If your phone warranty expires before May, then you will not get any extension.

Vivo smartphone warranty

Vivo has announced that the warranty of the phones of the brand has been extended by 30 days in the places where lockdown is in place. The extension will be linked to the day from which the service centers will open. Along with this, Vivo has also introduced free pick-and-drop service in some places. Meaning that the company is offering the service of taking the smartphone from the customer’s home, repairing it, and bringing it back to home.

Oppo smartphone warranty

Oppo has said that all their service centers will remain closed until the lockdown is lifted. Along with this, the brand has extended the warranty of its products till June this year. This extension will be applicable only to those products whose warranty is expiring at the time of lockdown. This scheme is applicable to OPPO’s smartphones as well as chargers, data cables and earphones.
