Nikhil Joshi becomes MD of Boeing Defense India: Will lead the current and future programs of the company, Joshi has 25 years of experience.

American aerospace company Boeing on Thursday appointed Nikhil Joshi as the managing director of Boeing Defense India. The company said its aim is to strengthen operations.

Joshi will lead Boeing’s current and future programs for the modernization of India’s Defense Forces. Before joining Boeing, Joshi worked as country manager for Eaton Aerospace.

Joshi has 25 years of experience in defense industry.

Joshi has more than 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

Including more than two decades of service with the forces in the Aviation Branch of the Indian Navy.

Joshi has more than 4,000 hours of flying experience on maritime reconnaissance aircraft.

Joshi has commanded both frontline ships and air squadrons.

Boeing has been working in India for 8 years

Boeing has been working in India for about 8 years. Currently, India operates 11 C-17, 22 AH-64 Apaches, 15 CH-47 Chinook, 12 P-8Is, 3 VVIP aircraft and two Head of State aircraft on the Boeing platform.
