Adani Green’s renewable energy capacity reaches 10,000 MW: First Indian company to do so, building the largest solar plant in Khavra

Adani has become the first Indian company to cross the 10,000 MW mark in green renewable energy capacity. This includes 7,393 MW solar, 1,401 MW wind and 2,140 MW solar-wind hybrid capacity. The company gave this information in its exchange filing.

The company said- Adani Green Energy’s 10,934 MW operational portfolio will provide electricity to more than 58 lakh homes and save 21 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions every year. This achievement is a testament to Adani Green Energy and its development partners who are moving strongly towards the target of 45,000 GW of renewable energy by 2030.
