Amber Enterprises: Company Announces ₹500 Crore Investment
Amber Enterprises India Ltd. has announced that it plans to expand its state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) center for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products in Punjab. This initiative will leverage the state government’s policies and incentives aimed at promoting technological development.
The company stated that this expansion will facilitate the development of energy-efficient technologies, strengthen its product pipeline, and cater to evolving market needs. The R&D center will specifically focus on the development of commercial air conditioning solutions and VRV systems.
₹500 Crore Investment
Amber Enterprises stated that it intends to invest approximately ₹500 crore in this facility during the tenure of Punjab’s incentive policy. This investment aims to foster innovation, strengthen design capabilities, and develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for both domestic and international markets.
Meanwhile, in December 2025, the company’s subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd, acquired an 80% stake in Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd for approximately ₹506 crore, effective December 1, 2025.
Following this acquisition, Shogini has become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises. Shogini Technoarts is among India’s top five PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturers. The company produces single-sided, double-sided, multi-layered, metal-clad, and flexible PCBs from its factory located in Pune.
Shogini’s PCB solutions are used across various sectors, including automotive, medical electronics, defense, industrial electronics, process control, power electronics, telecom, LED lighting, and computer peripherals.
