Company Director Sarthak Gaurs stated that the first phase of the project will include approximately 950 units, spread over a total area of 2 million square feet. The base selling price (BSP) for this project has been set at 8000 rupees per square foot, and apartment prices start at 1.9 crore rupees.
Where is this project located?
This new housing project by the Gaurs Group has been launched in the Yamuna Expressway area of Gautam Buddha Nagar district. The company plans to add 250 more units in the second phase. Overall, the project is being developed on approximately 12 acres, creating green living spaces equipped with modern amenities.
Sarthak Gaur says the company is receiving an overwhelming response from customers for this project. He added that this is not just a housing project, but part of the future of the Yamuna Expressway. Rapidly developing infrastructure projects like the Jewar Airport in this area have skyrocketed real estate demand. A 5-star hotel will also be built.
