Apollo Hospitals: New 400-bed hospital opens in Pune

Apoll Hospitals, Asia’s leading healthcare service provider, inaugurated its new hospital in Swargate, Pune. According to PTI, the facility has been launched with a total capacity of 400 beds, but is initially being expanded with 250 beds in phases. The company says that in the future, the hospital’s capacity will be further expanded to meet the region’s growing healthcare needs. During the hospital’s inauguration, Apollo Hospitals Group Chairman Dr. Prabhat C. Reddy said that Apollo’s mission is to transform healthcare not just in India but globally.

He explained that inspired by the spirit of “Heal in India – Heal by India,” Apollo is creating a place where clinical excellence, compassion, and affordable treatment meet. Reddy said that the company’s goal is to bring health and happiness to every home in Pune and across India. This expansion in Pune is part of Apollo Hospitals’ strategy.
