TCS: Changes made in the top management of TCS, experienced Elizabeth Mathew appointed head of LEAD

Indian IT services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed a new head for diversity. According to an internal message sent by the company’s CHRO, longtime company executive Elizabeth Mathew has been appointed as head of TCS LEAD.

“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Mathew (Liz) as the head of TCS LEAD,” an email sent to employees by chief human resources officer Milind Lakkad said. LEAD is the IT services company’s internal program to promote diversity and leadership at senior levels at TCS. However, no official statement has been issued by the company yet in this matter.

According to internal emails, Mathew replaces executive Anant Hadel, who has taken up a different responsibility at the company. “Liz replaces Ananth Hadel, who, after a successful tenure in Human Resources, has moved to a leadership role in the Manufacturing business group,” the CHRO wrote in her email addressed to employees.

Lakkad’s email also said she will report to head of diversity and inclusion Preeti D’Mello and head of leadership careers Brinda R. Mathew.
