Samsung opens first flagship offline store in India: 8 different zones here, you can also pre-book the new Galaxy S24 series

Samsung has opened its first online-to-offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India, Samsung BKC. It was inaugurated on Tuesday at Jio World Plaza Mall in Mumbai. Customers can experience and pre-book the new Galaxy S24 series at Samsung BKC. The company’s premium products are showcased in Samsung’s BKC store. This includes products ranging from smartphones to televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and other products. Customers in Mumbai also have the option to get their products delivered within 2 hours from Samsung BKC.

Samsung brings AI experience to one place

JB Park, President and CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia, said, ‘With Samsung BKC, we are not only expanding our retail presence in India, we are creating a playground to bring AI experiences under one roof.’

There will also be photography and videography workshops in the store.

Samsung BKC will also host events and workshops for digital art, photography, videography, fitness, cooking, music as part of its Learn@Samsung programme.

Samsung stores in Bengaluru and Delhi also

Apart from BKC, Samsung also has exclusive experience centers in cities like Bengaluru and Delhi. Samsung Opera House is one of the largest stores in the country. Samsung said in 2023 it will expand its online presence by opening 15 premium experience stores.
