Nexus Fund Sells ₹186 Crore Stake in Delhivery; Morgan Stanley Emerges as Key Buyer

Nexus Fund has sold its 0.53% stake—amounting to 4 million shares—in the logistics company Delhivery Ltd for ₹186 crore via a block deal. The transaction was executed at an average price of ₹465 per share. Morgan Stanley was the largest buyer in this deal, acquiring 1.2 million shares for ₹56 crore.

Other Buyers

Apart from Morgan Stanley, Edelweiss Mutual Fund purchased 1.075 million shares for ₹50 crore. Additionally, Goldman Sachs, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and Viridian Asia Opportunities Fund also participated in the transaction, each acquiring approximately 600,000 shares.

Regarding the company’s quarterly results, Delhivery delivered a strong performance in the December quarter, with its net profit surging 58.4% to ₹39.6 crore.

Meanwhile, revenue rose 18% to reach ₹2,804 crore, while EBITDA more than doubled to ₹208.5 crore. The operating margin also expanded from 4.3% to 7.4%.
