Reliance Jio network down, problem solved up to 90 percent

Thousands of users of Reliance Jio, the country’s largest telecom operator, are facing a lot of trouble today. Actually, till now more than four thousand users have complained about Jio’s network being down. It is not yet clear whether this network problem has come in one region or users in other regions have also been affected by it. However, gradually the problem is being resolved. Jio’s network has started being restored in the mobile of many users.

Some users wrote that Jio’s network is not working for several hours. Some users wrote that after Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, now Jio’s network is also down. The official customer care handle of Reliance Jio @JioCare is flooded with complaints from users. On the other hand, the Jio customer officer has expressed regret while replying to the complaint of the users and has assured to fix it in a few hours.

According to the information received by most of the users of Madhya Pradesh, at present the complaints of most of the users are coming from Indore, Bhopal and Gwalior of Madhya Pradesh. Everyone says that the network has been disrupted since Tuesday night. Users are neither able to make phone calls, nor are they able to access the internet. It is also discussed on social media.

Problems faced by users due to problems in aggregator servers

According to Jio, aggregator server problems faced due to mobile network and Internet services arrived. As of 2.30 pm, the company has fixed this problem up to 90 percent. Services have resumed in many circles.

As of July, Jio has a total of 44.32 million subscribers, according to the data of TRAI, Jio got the benefit of 65.1 lakh new wireless subscribers in July. With the addition of 65.1 lakh new users, the total number of users of the company has increased to about 44.32 crores. If we talk about Voda, BSNL and Airtel, then these companies had to suffer huge losses in terms of subscriber base in July.
