Tata Power Installs Ultra-Fast Charging Stations on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway; Find Out Where Charging Points Are Located
Tata Power’s subsidiary, Tata Power EV Charging Solutions, has expanded its ultra-fast EV charging network on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the company announced that under this partnership, Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Ltd (TPEVCSL) has installed ultra-fast EV charging stations at the 63rd and 69th ‘milestones’ along the Haryana section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. These new EV charging stations installed by Tata Power will provide significant convenience to electric vehicle owners, alleviating their concerns regarding vehicle charging.

As part of its expansion on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Ltd has installed a 240 kW ultra-fast EV charging station—equipped with four charging guns—at the 63rd ‘milestone’ to cater to vehicles traveling from Delhi. Additionally, the company has established another EV charging station at the 69th ‘milestone’ to ensure charging facilities are available for electric vehicles traveling in both directions. All these charging stations are capable of charging both private and commercial electric vehicles.
Tata Power’s Services Reach Over 690 Cities and Towns
Tata Power has expanded its EV charging network under the brand name ‘EZ CHARGE’. Tata Power’s network now comprises over 200,000 home chargers, more than 6,700 public, semi-public, and fleet charging points, and over 1,200 e-bus charging points across more than 690 cities and towns. In total, Tata Power EZ Charge boasts a registered customer base of over 500,000 users. These chargers have been strategically installed at various easily accessible locations. Tata Power has installed these charging points at highways, hotels, malls, hospitals, offices, housing complexes, and bus and commercial vehicle depots.
